sss three bridge fiascoJanuary 28, 2023 The Singlehanded Sailing Society runs the Three Bridge Fiasco for singlehanded and doublehanded sailors. This year's race fell on Saturday, January 28, with thick fog in the morning, and sunshine in the afternoon, at least east of San Francisco. Currents were mild but didn't necessarily follow the predictions. Breeze was light in the morning and in the East Bay, but a strong westerly filled in on the Cityfront in the afternoon. The majority of boats that started the 21-mile tour of three Bay Area bridges were able to finish. See Jibeset for results. The next SSS race will be the Corinthian Race, another Bay tour, on February 25. Please visit our store to order a high-resolution image or print from this photo gallery.
