The Vallejo 1-2 is sailed singlehanded on Saturday, from the Berkeley Circle to Vallejo Yacht Club. VYC hosts the fleet overnight, then the boats sail (mostly) doublehanded from VYC to Richmond YC on Sunday (yes, that presents a logistical challenge). Wind on Saturday was brisk, making for interesting solo spinnaker handling. Sunday's breeze failed to show up until the last hour of the race, with the crews who hadn't yet quit finishing within minutes of one another. See Jibeset for results.
