franks tract regatta

July 22-23, 2017

Andreas Cove Yacht Club hosted the Franks Tract Regatta on a heat-wave, windless weekend. The racing takes place on the San Joaquin River, not on Franks Tract proper. Despite the super-light air, two very short windward/leeward races were completed. Stockton Sailing Club put up a healthy campaign for the tractor trophy and will retain it.
