BYC Midwinters Winners Race

At last – we were treated to a Goldilocks Midwinter race! Not too little, not too much, but just a 'perfect' amount of wind. On Sunday, February 24, 20 of the 34 'chosen few' came out and enjoyed one more romp around the Berkeley Circle. These 34 were chosen because they all had won a trophy in the 2012-2013 Berkeley Midwinter series.

The format is to invite everyone who placed first on either day have them race in the Red Division to determine the winner of the Kirt Brooks Memorial trophy. And because we can, all the second place and all the third place winners race against each other in the Blue and White Division respectively.

This year, the winner of the Red Division was Zachary Anderson and Will Paxton’s Express 27 Motorcycle Irene.
