More news on the AC34 front: The San Francisco Planning Department published a Notice of Preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for the piers and other Bay locations and it's quite a read. It lays out the first ideas of how the infrastructure will work and what will be needed to handle the complicated logistics. And it has pretty graphics if you don't want to read the whole thing.
