Jessica Cup

Among the plethora of races taking place on the Cityfront last weekend was the Jessica Cup regatta for Master Mariner boats. The Lapworth 36 and Farallon Clipper classes each had three boats, while six raced in a mixed Marconi division. The gaffers were absent this year.

MMBA Commodore Ariane Paul reports that, "Yucca won the Jessica Cup (top boat 40-ft and above) and first place for Marconi Class. Sunda won the Rascal Cup (top boat under 40-ft in the Marconi division) and second place for Marconi Class. VIP won the Farallon Clipper Class. Leda won the L36 Class."
