Ed Wright is continuing on a roll in the Finn class. After winning the Pre-Gold Regatta on the weekend of October 16-18, he has now led the fleet in the Fall Dinghy and Olympic Classes, hosted by St. Francis YC. Wright scored five bullets in six races (his one fourth place became the throw-out). Andrew Kern was a distant second, followed by Henry Sprague. Though the Finns had the biggest fleet, Lasers, Laser Radials, 505s, Wetas, 29ers and 49ers were out there competing too. Of note, in the 29ers continue to get schooled by local youths Max Fraser and David Liebenberg. See complete results at www.stfyc.com.
