Another Friday night and I ain’t got nobody. . . Actually the Corinthian Yacht Club had plenty of bodies and boats onboard this weekend, as the usual Friday night activity was compounded by the 22 Singlehanded TransPac entries in the harbor, and classics arriving for the Master Mariners Wooden Boat Show. Very complicated logistics, and maybe a little much for the staff. But Friday night racing was awesome, with a nice breeze, puffy but not over-powering.

This popular Friday night series continues through September 5. You can still join in the second half, and for less money. See www.cyc.org/race/friday.html for details and results.
