While three regattas were crossing paths in the fog on the Cityfront, more one design racers were sailing in the sunnier but still windy Berkeley Circle. The Elite Keel is a two-day event put on by San Francisco Yacht Club for Etchells, Express 27s, J/24s and Melges 24s.
