Match Racing Championships

Hot on the heels of her victory in the Osprey Cup in Florida, Genny Tulloch's team has won at home, in St. Francis YC's Match Racing Championships. Her home town team consisted of Mark Ivey, Dana Riley, and Peter Stoneberg.

Five mostly coed teams raced Saturday and Sunday in new J/22s on the Cityfront, sharing space with the Golden Gate Midwinters on Saturday, and with rainy weather on Sunday. The rain cleared by noon on Sunday though, and photographer Sergei Zavarin was blessed with sunlight for these photos.

In the pettit-finals, Bruce Stone and crew defeated Chuck Eaton to capture second place; in the finals Tulloch defeated Shawn Bennett in two races to win first. See www.stfyc.com.
